Cabling & Bracing
Keep a valued tree standing. We install structural support for weak limbs, split trunks, and failure-prone unions across the Palouse, LC Valley, and Spokane area.
Support a tree instead of losing it
A healthy tree with one structural weakness does not always have to come down. Cabling limits how far heavy or weak limbs can move, and bracing rods reinforce cracked or weak unions. Together they reduce the chance of a failure that would otherwise force a removal.
We will only recommend support hardware where it actually makes the tree safer. If a union is too far gone to trust, we will tell you removal is the right call rather than selling you a cable that will not hold.

Cables, braces, and honest assessments
Common candidates are mature shade trees with a heavy horizontal limb, a co-dominant trunk with a tight fork, or a union that has started to crack. We assess the structure, the health, and the target underneath before recommending hardware.
Installed cables and braces should be inspected as the tree grows. We will recommend a check-in interval and can re-inspect the system over time so it keeps doing its job.

Want to save a tree worth keeping?
We will assess the structure honestly and tell you whether cabling and bracing can support it, or whether removal is the safer call. Either way you get a written, fixed price.
